For Claire and Simon, their wedding in Italy was a celebration of their relationship and family they have built together. Their long weekend began with a small drinks reception in the town of Lucca where the groom’s father works as an artist. This was a great opportunity to film guests greeting each other for the first time as a precursor to their wedding video at Fattoria Mansi Bernardini the day after.
The venue itself is formed by a selection of villas with fantastic views over the Tuscan landscape. Following an intimate ceremony with many personal details planned by the bride and groom, guests enjoyed drinks and canapés on the terrace with a surprise operatic performance.
For the wedding breakfast, guests were led along a tree-lined path to a beautifully decorated marquee for a delicious meal, speeches and more singing! The day culminated with outdoor dancing under a canopy of paper lanterns until late into the night.
